PBEB advocates at the East Bay Permanent Real Estate Cooperative Annual Member Meeting

This co-op-powered gathering was full of warmth, food, gifts, and community talent. EB PREC is community-centered, democratically run, and led by people of color. Together, they’re transforming the housing market—removing land and homes from speculation to create permanently affordable, community-controlled spaces.
